If you have ever met me, you will never forget doing so.  There is a radiant light and energy about me, since a child.  Growing up, I overcame extreme adversity and poverty, to become one of the greatest athletes of all time out of my high school. I was entered into ESM’s Hall of Fame, the Syracuse Charger’s Track Hall of Fame, competed in division 1 Track at Syracuse University, became the first to graduate from college in my family, went on to serve the city of Syracuse in Education for 20 years, and became an indomitable force on the World Jiu Jitsu scene garnishing every major title from Brasilieros, to Europeans, to Pan Ams to 10 World Championship Titles.  I have struggled through depression and anxiety, imposter syndrome and much more, to stand the woman you see before you that leads with a God Centered Heart. My passion is to help others, in any capacity,  but these days… more so to help them realize and chase their dreams, and to create core memories with the people that they love.  From public speaking to planning trips, and teaching Jiu jitsu I have developed a unique set of skills that I am excited to share in whatever capacity you need.  I have invested thousands of hours and dollars developing this skill set from Professional Sports Psychologist and mindset Training to traveling the world and making all of the mistakes that you will never have to because I did it for you.  Contact me today for a free consult.
